I only went once in May…I’m hoping June will be better for me. I went today and did 3miles on the treadmill in about 44 something minutes. I’m also going to watch my diet…we’re supposed to try “NO CARBS” in June, but I’m not too positive about that. Maybe “good”, whole-wheat type carbs? We’ll see, but definitely no white rice and being Filipino, that’ll be the biggest challenge of all! Do you know we can have rice at EVERY meal?
